• Customized AI Use: We use the markers you provide to create a special AI prompt for generating song lyrics. These lyrics are then manually reviewed and edited to ensure they meet your and our studio standards. AI tools are used only to generate music and vocals, and this process is entirely controlled in-house.
• Data Retention and Disposal: Any photos and videos provided by customers are discarded immediately after the final video is delivered. We maintain a strict data disposal policy to protect your privacy.
• Consent-Based Publication: We will only publish your video on our YouTube channel after receiving explicit consent from you. This ensures that your content is shared according to your preferences.
• Record Keeping: If your final video is delivered via Google Drive or offline methods, we store the video locally for record-keeping purposes for up to six months. After this period, all stored copies are deleted.

To further ensure the security of your data, we implement the following measures:

• Secure Data Handling: All data is handled on secure, password-protected devices with up-to-date antivirus software.
• Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to your data, and all access is logged for transparency.
